If you are in any way disappointed with your Sharp Master, please let us know by sending an email (in English if possible) to email@example.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order or invoice number.
- Your name and contact information.
- What is the reason of your complaint?
- Do you wish a replacement or reimbursement?
We will do everything in our power to reach a satisfactory solution.
If you wish to return the product, please include a printed copy of the email you sent to us and mail the product to the following address:

- We cannot take back and/or reimburse used grinding plates.
- We cannot reimburse the shipping costs for sending the product to you.
- We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for returning products to us.
