If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.

If you are in any way disappointed with your Sharp Master, please let us know by sending an email (in English if possible) to customerservice@sharp-master.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order or invoice number.
  • Your name and contact information.
  • What is the reason of your complaint?
  • Do you wish a replacement or reimbursement?

We will do everything in our power to reach a satisfactory solution.

If you wish to return the product, please include a printed copy of the email you sent to us and mail the product to the following address:

Please note:

  • We cannot take back and/or reimburse used grinding plates.
  • We cannot reimburse the shipping costs for sending the product to you.
  • We cannot reimburse your shipping costs for returning products to us.
